36″ Gas Range With Two Open Burners, 24″ Griddle and Oven ATOSA AGR-2B24GL

The Atosa series of gas cooking equipment is designed to meet the needs of every commercial cooking line. Atosa gas ranges offer an ideal mix of safety, performance, and convenience.

Atosa commercial gas ranges feature 32,000BTU top burners and heavy-duty 12″x12″ cast iron grates and drip trays. The cast iron grates are easily removable for cleaning and convenience.

The griddle surface features a 3/4″ thick polished steel plate. The extra thick plate helps enhance food quality through additional heat retention.

The griddle section includes 27,000 BTU burners, while the oven features a durable enamel coated interior. Each oven includes two adjustable position chrome oven racks and an operating temperature between 175F and 550F.

All ranges include a heavy-duty stainless-steel backsplash and over shelf that extends the width of the unit.

Heat is adjustable using large ergonomic control knobs. The oven features a built in a high-quality gas safety valve and thermocouple to control gas flow and monitor the presence of flame. The gas valve is designed to restrict the flow of gas in the event a flame is not detected.

The manufacturer ships the 6-burner gas range and stove with locking casters already installed. This saves money by making installation and placement easy.
