The American Chef F2G-54 is a two door, glass door reach-in freezer for restaurants, cafeterias, bakeries and convenience stores. It holds 49 cu. ft. of frozen product in a 54 inch wide cabinet, and the glass doors let you check stock without opening them.
Both doors use triple pane heated glass with a thermal insulating film that helps prevent condensation, so product stays in view. An electronic thermostatic control with a digital readout holds the cabinet at -10°F, and forced air circulation keeps the temperature even from top to bottom. Eight heavy duty polyethylene coated wire shelves adjust to fit your stock, and LED interior lighting keeps everything well lit. The self-closing locking doors seal with magnetic gaskets that can be serviced without tools. It uses R290 refrigerant and a standard 115V outlet.
