The American Chef F2S-54 is a two door, solid door reach-in freezer for restaurants, cafeterias and commercial kitchens that go through a lot of frozen product. It holds 49 cu. ft. in a 54 inch wide cabinet.
An electronic thermostatic control with a digital readout holds the cabinet at -10°F, and forced air circulation keeps the temperature even from top to bottom. Eight heavy duty polyethylene coated wire shelves adjust to fit cases, bags and pans, and LED interior lighting helps staff find what they need. The exterior and base are stainless steel with an aluminum painted interior. Both self-closing locking doors seal with magnetic gaskets that can be serviced without tools. It uses R290 refrigerant and a standard 115V outlet.
