The EFI CSDR2-60VCX is a 60-inch refrigerated salad/sandwich prep table designed to provide a large and organized workspace for high-volume food assembly. It features a stainless steel interior and exterior for long-term durability and a professional look that is easy to keep clean. The top section is highly versatile, with a “mega top” design that can hold 16 pans (1/6 size) or 8 pans (1/3 size), keeping all your fresh ingredients within reach.

This unit is built for efficiency, featuring two self-closing doors with a 90-degree stay-open feature to make restocking simple during busy shifts. It uses an eco-friendly R290 refrigeration system to keep your toppings at safe temperatures between 33°F and 41°F. With a built-in polyethylene cutting board, an insulated lid to maintain freshness, and pre-installed casters for easy movement, this prep table is a reliable and high-capacity workstation.
