The New Air NOM-40-HT is a 40 inch vertical heated open merchandiser built for hot grab and go programs in grocery stores, convenience formats, and campus foodservice. It holds rotisserie chicken, pizza slices, hot sandwiches, and packaged hot meals at serving temperature with nothing between the customer and the product.
Each of the three shelves plus the base deck is temperature controlled independently, so delicate items can sit alongside product that needs more heat without compromising either. Warm-tone LED lighting runs above and under each shelf, and a pull-down night curtain shuts the case down after service.
