The New Air NUF-029-SS is a one door undercounter freezer made of stainless steel inside and out. It fits under a standard counter in commercial kitchens, restaurants and cafeterias and gives you 6.99 cu. ft. (198 L) of frozen storage right at the line.
A Dixell digital controller holds the cabinet between -22 and -17°C, so fries, proteins and desserts stay frozen close to where they are cooked. Adjustable epoxy coated wire shelves let you set up the inside the way you need it, and the self-closing door has a stay open feature for loading. The compressor is mounted at the back and heavy duty casters let you roll it out for cleaning. It uses R290 refrigerant and plugs into a standard 115V outlet.
