The New Air NUF-072-SS is a three door undercounter freezer with a stainless steel interior and exterior. At 72 inches wide it gives commercial kitchens, restaurants and cafeterias 18.96 cu. ft. (537 L) of frozen storage under a long stretch of counter.
A Dixell digital controller keeps the cabinet between -22 and -17°C. Three doors let staff get to one section without opening the whole unit, which helps hold temperature during a rush. Adjustable epoxy coated wire shelves can be set for cases or pans, and the self-closing doors have a stay open feature. The compressor is mounted at the back and heavy duty casters make cleaning easier. It runs on R290 refrigerant and a standard 115V outlet.
