The New Air NUR-048-SS is a two door undercounter refrigerator with a stainless steel interior and exterior. At 48 inches wide it gives commercial kitchens, restaurants and cafeterias 12.21 cu. ft. (345.75 L) of cold storage under the counter, right where the cooking happens.
A Dixell digital controller keeps the cabinet between 0 and 5°C. Adjustable epoxy coated wire shelves let you arrange the inside around your pans and containers, and the self-closing doors have a stay open feature for loading. The compressor is mounted at the back, and heavy duty casters let you pull the unit out for cleaning. It uses R290 refrigerant and plugs into a standard 115V outlet.
