The New Air NUR-36-2D is a 36 inch undercounter refrigerator with four drawers. It is made for commercial kitchens, restaurants and cafeterias that want 9.6 cu. ft. (271.84 L) of refrigerated storage laid out in drawers at the prep station.
Four drawers let you keep different ingredients separate and pull out only what you need, so cooks spend less time searching and the cabinet stays colder. A Dixell digital controller holds the temperature between 0 and 5°C, and the stainless steel interior and exterior hold up to constant use. The compressor is mounted at the back and heavy duty casters let you roll it out for cleaning. It runs on R290 refrigerant and plugs into a standard 115V outlet.
