The American Chef F1S-27 is a one door, solid door reach-in freezer for restaurants, cafeterias and commercial kitchens. It holds 23 cu. ft. of frozen product in a cabinet just under 27 inches wide, so it fits into tight kitchen layouts.
An electronic thermostatic control with a digital readout holds the cabinet at -10°F, and forced air circulation moves cold air evenly through the whole cabinet. The stainless steel exterior and base pair with an aluminum painted interior, four heavy duty polyethylene coated wire shelves adjust to fit your stock, and LED lighting makes it easy to see inside. The self-closing locking door seals with magnetic gaskets that can be serviced without tools. It uses R290 refrigerant and plugs into a standard 115V outlet.
