The American Chef R2G-54 is a two door, glass door reach-in refrigerator for restaurants, cafeterias, bakeries and convenience stores. It holds 49 cu. ft. of product in a 54 inch wide cabinet, and the glass doors let you check stock at a glance.
Both doors use triple pane heated glass with a thermal insulating film that helps prevent condensation, so product stays visible. An electronic thermostatic control with a digital readout keeps the cabinet between 33 and 41°F, and forced air circulation keeps the temperature even from top to bottom. Eight heavy duty polyethylene coated wire shelves adjust to fit your stock, and LED interior lighting keeps it well lit. The self-closing locking doors seal with magnetic gaskets that can be serviced without tools. It uses R290 refrigerant and a standard 115V outlet.
