The American Chef R1S-28 is a single solid door reach-in refrigerator for restaurants, cafeterias and commercial kitchens. It gives you 28 cu. ft. of cold storage in a cabinet about 28 inches wide, with a deeper body that fits more product on each shelf.
An electronic thermostatic control with a digital readout keeps the cabinet between 33 and 41°F, and forced air circulation spreads cold air evenly from top to bottom. The exterior and base are stainless steel with an aluminum painted interior. Four heavy duty polyethylene coated wire shelves adjust to your stock, and LED interior lighting helps staff find things fast. The self-closing locking door seals with magnetic gaskets that can be serviced without tools. It runs on R290 refrigerant and a standard 115V outlet.
