The American Chef R1S-27 is a one door, solid door reach-in refrigerator for restaurants, cafeterias and commercial kitchens. It holds 23 cu. ft. of product in a cabinet just under 27 inches wide, so it fits into tight kitchen layouts.
A digital temperature readout with electronic thermostatic control keeps the cabinet between 33 and 41°F, and forced air moves cold air evenly through the whole cabinet. The stainless steel exterior and base pair with an aluminum painted interior, four heavy duty polyethylene coated wire shelves adjust to fit your stock, and LED lighting makes it easy to see inside. The self-closing locking door has magnetic gaskets that can be serviced without tools. It uses R290 refrigerant and plugs into a standard 115V outlet.
