The American Chef R3S-81 is a three door, solid door reach-in refrigerator built for high volume restaurants, cafeterias and commercial kitchens. It gives you 72 cu. ft. of cold storage in an 81 inch wide cabinet.
An electronic thermostatic control with a digital readout keeps the cabinet between 33 and 41°F, and forced air circulation keeps the temperature even across all three sections. Twelve heavy duty polyethylene coated wire shelves adjust to fit cases, pans and bulk items, and LED lighting makes it easy to see inside. The exterior and base are stainless steel with an aluminum painted interior. Each self-closing locking door seals with magnetic gaskets that can be serviced without tools. It uses R290 refrigerant and plugs into a standard 115V outlet.
