The American Chef R1G-27 is a one door, glass door reach-in refrigerator for restaurants, cafeterias, bakeries and convenience stores. It holds 23 cu. ft. of product in a cabinet just under 27 inches wide, and the glass door lets staff and customers see what is inside without opening it.
The triple pane heated glass door has a thermal insulating film that helps prevent condensation, so the view stays clear. An electronic thermostatic control with a digital readout keeps the cabinet between 33 and 41°F, and forced air circulation keeps the temperature even throughout. Four heavy duty polyethylene coated wire shelves adjust to fit your stock, and LED interior lighting shows it off. The self-closing locking door seals with magnetic gaskets that can be serviced without tools. It uses R290 refrigerant and a standard 115V outlet.
