The New Air NPT-60SA-4D is a 60 inch refrigerated salad and sandwich prep table with four drawers. It is built for restaurants, cafeterias, delis, and food processing kitchens that put out a lot of made to order food. The top rail holds 16 one sixth size pans, and the cabinet below holds 14.33 cubic feet of chilled product.
The four drawers pull straight out, so staff can reach a full pan without opening a large door. A 14.5 inch deep cutting board runs along the front of the unit, and the insulated lid drops over the pans when the station is not in use. A digital controller sits at the back and holds the cabinet between 0.5 and 5 degrees Celsius. The interior and exterior are stainless steel, the shelves are adjustable and epoxy coated, and the unit rolls on casters so staff can move it for cleaning. The compressor is mounted at the back and runs on R290 refrigerant from a standard 115 volt outlet.
