The New Air NUR-60-4D is a 60 inch undercounter refrigerator with four drawers. It suits high volume commercial kitchens, restaurants and cafeterias that need 15.53 cu. ft. (439.76 L) of refrigerated storage right under the prep line.
Four wide drawers hold full pans and bulk ingredients and pull out so cooks can see everything at once. Opening one drawer at a time helps keep the rest of the cabinet cold during service. A Dixell digital controller holds the temperature between 0 and 5°C, and the stainless steel interior and exterior are made for daily use. The compressor is mounted at the back and heavy duty casters let you roll the unit out for cleaning. It runs on R290 refrigerant and plugs into a standard 115V outlet.
