The New Air NUR-72-6D is a 72 inch undercounter refrigerator with six drawers. It gives commercial kitchens, restaurants and cafeterias 18.96 cu. ft. (537 L) of refrigerated storage spread across the full length of a prep line.
Six drawers give each cook or station its own space, so ingredients stay organized and easy to grab during a rush. Only the drawer you open lets out cold air, which helps the cabinet hold temperature. A Dixell digital controller keeps things between 0 and 5°C, and the stainless steel interior and exterior are built for daily use. The compressor is mounted at the back and heavy duty casters let you roll the unit out for cleaning. It uses R290 refrigerant and plugs into a standard 115V outlet.
