The American Chef F2S-40 is a two door, solid door reach-in freezer for restaurants, cafeterias and commercial kitchens. It holds 36 cu. ft. of frozen product in a cabinet about 40 inches wide, a good size when you need more than a single door unit but have limited floor space.
An electronic thermostatic control with a digital readout holds the cabinet at -10°F, and forced air circulation keeps the temperature even from top to bottom. Eight heavy duty polyethylene coated wire shelves adjust to fit boxes and bags, and LED interior lighting makes it easy to see what you have. The exterior and base are stainless steel with an aluminum painted interior. Both self-closing locking doors seal with magnetic gaskets that can be serviced without tools. It uses R290 refrigerant and a standard 115V outlet.
